AI is already on the agenda for most UAE organizations we speak to. Abu Dhabi's Government Digital Strategy 2025-2027 targets an AI-native government by 2027, and the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 makes adoption a stated national priority. What's usually missing is a plan tied to how the work actually gets done.

Data residency and UAE data protection.
The first question in most UAE engagements is where the data goes. The federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) has been in force since January 2022, while companies in DIFC and ADGM answer to their own data protection regimes. Government entities often add their own classification and hosting requirements on top.
We design around those constraints from the audit onward: which data a model may see, which workloads need to stay on UAE-hosted infrastructure, and what gets logged for review. We aren't lawyers, so the legal reading stays with your counsel, and we build the systems to match it.

Arabic and English in the same workflow.
UAE teams rarely work in one language. Correspondence, forms, and internal documents mix Arabic and English, and a workflow that only handles one of them gets bypassed within weeks.
Before recommending a model or tool, we test it on your real documents in both languages: extraction, summarization, drafting, and search. Where Arabic output needs a native reviewer, that review step becomes part of the workflow.

Government and semi-government entities.
Government entities buy through procurement, answer to internal audit, and run on approval chains. We plan AI rollouts around all three: pilots scoped to fit a procurement cycle, documentation an audit team can follow, and human sign-off wherever a decision carries public accountability.

In companies, adoption usually starts scattered: a few people on ChatGPT or Copilot, a department that bought its own tool, and no shared rules for customer data. We audit what's in place, keep what works, and turn the rest into a small number of workflows your team uses every day.
